The Geneva Auto Show is hard to top. But Audi had people enticed with rumors of a new 2017 R8 Spyder, of which they debuted at the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS). The new convertible was widely well received and Audi no doubt received calls about potential purchases after the unveiling.
The Spyder was joined by two other notable features: the only Goodwood Green 2017 R8 in the world and the Daytona-winning R8 LMS racecar. Audi has a pretty breathtaking display. The best part? The 2017 R8 was crowned the ‘2016 World Performance Car’, marking Audi’s eighth win in the World Car Awards and making the Audi R8 the most successful car model in the history of the World Car Awards.
